Settings & Retention#
Settings control how OakCore runs for your team. Retention defines how long data stays before automatic cleanup.
User menu → Settings. Three levels:

Workspace values are defaults. Projects can differ.
Account#
Appearance, notifications, password, developer (API playground), danger zone (delete account).
Workspace & project#
Members, model (node types and requirement layers), integrations, AI.
Data retention#
Settings → Workspace or Project tab → Data retention section:

Per setting: keep forever or delete after X days.
Archive tab and analytics show the active period.
Delete a project#
Settings → Project → Danger zone → Delete project. Cannot be undone.
