Glossary

Three people, one term, three meanings. The glossary records what a term means in your project.

Project-wide list with term, definition, and optional aliases (other spellings).

Tab Glossary in the project → Add term → enter term and definition.

In node text you can link terms to glossary entries. Readers click through and see the definition.

While editing (statement, notes, wiki pages, and other rich-text fields):

• $ — search glossary terms or Define new term…; Enter inserts a glossary link. Press Space or Esc to dismiss and keep $ as plain text.
• Toolbar (book icon) — same picker as $ at the cursor.

In wiki pages, # links nodes (browse the feature tree, or type to search) and [[ links other pages (browse the page tree, or type to search).

OakCore shows unlinked mentions: text that looks like a glossary term but isn't linked yet.

Per entry you see how many nodes use the term.

Worth it once domain terms get ambiguous or new people join.
