Account#
Getting access#
OakCore is currently invite-only or via an account we provision for you. Open registration without an invitation is not available.
Invited by email: Open the link → complete registration → you join the inviter's workspace immediately.
Account provisioned for you: You receive an email to set your password → sign in → land directly in your workspace.
Registration (via invitation)#
- Open the invitation link from the email
- Enter first name, last name, and email
- Choose a password (at least 8 characters)
- Accept the privacy policy
- Click Create account and join
Your email is verified through the invitation link — no separate confirmation step. Sign in and you land on Home in the inviting workspace.
Sign in#
- Open the Login page
- Enter email and password
- Click Log in
Your active workspace is shown at the top of the sidebar. Under Settings → Account you can upload a profile photo (picker or drop onto the avatar).
Forgot password: On the login page, Forgot your password?, enter email, follow the link from the email.
Multiple workspaces: Switch at the top of the sidebar. Projects and settings follow the active workspace.
