Archive

Deleted nodes don't vanish right away. They go to tab Archive and can be restored while the retention period runs.

Delete a node → leaves active Spec Flow → lands in the archive.

Find it there and restore. The node reappears on the canvas — in its container if that still exists, otherwise in the inbox (project root). If someone deleted the container while the node was archived, restore always puts it in the inbox.

Each row shows title, deletion time, and up to two tag names. A warning icon appears when auto-delete is within 7 days. Search covers title, tags, and who deleted the node. Filter supports date presets, a custom range, user, and any-of tags (search plus each filter type must all match). Sort by date or title. Preview shows captured fields and current filing (inbox when the container was removed).

After the period, entries are removed automatically. Setting: Settings → Workspace or Project tab → Data retention → Archive retention (days). The Archive tab shows how long remains.
